Brad Hancock
Brad created CPR seven years ago while managing a successful pre-press company and teaching at the Graphics Arts Technology Center. He enjoys problem solving with customers and continues to utilize his extensive background in the printing industry. He is a certified Microsoft Engineer, a Compaq Engineer, Internet Certified, and also Apple and Cisco Certified.
Tim Kelly
Tim is a full-time bench technician responsible for the service center's equipment repair, and for testing all equipment purchased form CPR to insure proper working condition. He is currently pursuing a Microsoft Certification and is A+ Certified.
Deb Hancock
Deb has been working in the computer industry for over five years, and has developed long-standing relationships with CPR customers. she schedules our technicians, maintains our warranty standing with our vendors and handles CPR's retail sales.
Heath Hancock
Heath has grown up in the industry and is our “young geek” whom we all ask about the latest in gaming technologies and the problems the new software our young people are using. He is A+ certified and enjoys all the sites and action from Facebook to online gameplaying.
