Total Systems Management

CPR's Total Systems Management is a centralized administration center located on-site at a school to create a more efficient work environment. A working, mirrored network of the school's system is housed at our service center to simulate the on-site network. this allows our technician, located at our service center in Davenport, IA to solve a majority of on-site problems that arise at the school, diminishing the cost of on-site maintenance visits.

The technician or the school's IT employee is able to maintain and update the entire system from the administrative center. the administrative center: reduces the need to visit all of the machines to restore programs and conduct preventative maintenance, permits all of the software to be installed on one main file server, and allows all of the files and documents to be saved onto the same file server. Files are not lost, and the hard drives are clean of unnecessary clutter. As a result of our redundant high-speed back-up equipment, we are able to secure the school system's data on a nightly basis at the school and off-site at CPR's service center.
